The takeaways are that Keybridge and Aurora have been soundly defeated and did not appear to have much support beyond their own votes. Thus looks like Bolton and Khan's effectiveness as activist shareholders is simply non existent and that their will can only be imposed if they control the register. Perhaps they should focus on fixing their own share prices before their shareholders start activist movements for return of their hard earned to narrow the huge NTA discounts !
So I think that Keybridge and Aurora had some 51.1 million votes, assuming they could not vote shares subject to divestment order. Looks like Aurora and Keybridge voted to oust Trumble and **ovich but that they both voted to support Belzberg. Then it looks like they voted differently on Rosengart ( perhaps to keep up appearances!).
