    It's unlikely, imo, that AXP will be sold off through a receivership process. Remember, once a company goes into administration the people in the driver's seat are creditors. Any potential acquirer would rather maintain control of the process through a t/o.

    It's getting pretty compelling now. I dipped my toe in earlier today, just 200k shares, and got my order filled too quickly to think that there isn't still a significant amount of selling left in the system.
