Well I think they also dumped the Sales Manager and promoted the best regional manager. A clean out of the board should be next.
What I really want to know is why have sales not picked up at the rate we would like. Is it because there is something fundamentally different about the US market compared to Australia, or is it just bad management, or are US surgeons just more cautious and so take longer to bring on. The company should know the answer to this question.
