Yes they need to get traction, but more fundamentally then need to know what is holding back the uptake. If it is just the surgeons moving slowly then it is just a matter of having enough cash to make it through the grind, if it is the surgeons only think the product is of use for a limited subset of patients then that is different and the whole sales approach needs to be changed.

One area of huge difference between Australia and the USA is litigation. US surgeons are going to be much more worried about being sued than Australian surgeons and so we should expect them to be more cautious with anything new from a new company. Anytime you step outside of the norm in the USA you are at risk of being sued if anything goes wrong.
