I'm just thinking out loud, but may be 5GN itself is becoming a take over target.
There may be well be suitors behind the scene that are eyeing the situation and may make an opportunistic offer to pick up 5GN for a song and a dance, they might even be behind this attack on the SP.
Say someone like ST1 or UWL ???
