That is how I read it mate. If you voted online, you can log into Automic and see how you voted. I just did, and it was as I said on the forum the other day, no to all except the last one.
Is it possible that a whole bunch of voting rights were excluded from Reso 2? I would have thought that if this was the case, they would have had to have said so. Being excluded is not the same as abstaining.
