The CFO also appears to be the CFO & Co Sec for three other firms at the same time. Archer are paying him an hourly rate through his consultancy firm (you can see from the the Annual Report there's not much finance work required).
He and recently retired Alice were both employed at Twenty Seven Co.
Per Annual report:
FY20 Remuneration $200k (inc options of 1.5M)
FY21 Remuneration $142k (for how may hours work I wonder considering his positions held elsewhere, perhaps the renumeration is justified)
