Correct. He is getting paid too much and getting too way many options as far as I am concerned. Why he thinks he deserves more than Mo and Martin, is beyond me. He does nothing to contribute to the development.
I heard both the chairman and new female director are doing the same job….guiding and directing Mo. Either she isn’t getting paid right or the chairman is getting paid too much. The later I think.
The only thing that drives a development company’s share price up is goals, targets and some clarity about the immediate future. I’ve been told that the directors gave no indication on any of these points and I can’t help but think that’s why the share price fell.
My biggest fear is we suffer a huge drop in share price like 4DS . Down trend has started :-(
