7.Approval of proportional takeover provisions.
Can anyone who was at the meeting or knows any further detail add some info on resolution 7 that passed at the AGM?
Sorry if I'm being naïve but is this so that we could say JV on a chemical plant without going to a future share holder vote?
Does anyone know the Proportion that have been agreed on by this resolution ?
I just cant easily find any details on it and it's not extremely clear to me from the AGM and Proxy form relased on the 21st of october.
