Yes, WAM do seem very focused on remuneration. Funds under management is one of the indicators that contribute to the management bonus, which explains the many take overs of smaller lics. Apparently we made some good profits on these takeovers, but for some reason the NTA and share price keep drifting lower. I have decided to move on and sold my holding to go with PL8 who seem more focused on shareholders and do not have a bonus for meeting targets. Also great returns. They have a SPP at the moment.
