Massive news today for IOU aka Ovanti
- Official request for lifting of suspension sent to ASX 21 January 2024
- New, highly experienced board appointed in light of the previous boards wrongdoings surrounding the current fraud investigations
- Continued effort surrounding the recovery of the misappropriated funds from the prior board
- Continued financial support from Finran to continue operating in the meantime
- Continued engagement with the ASX relating to the framework of what’s required for re-listing
- All financials up to date (quarterly releases) along with todays AGM point towards an imminent re-listing on the ASX
The current board, along with its support crew, need to be given a helluva lot of credit in getting the company in to the position it is currently in. The mere fact that current holders have a very likely chance of having themselves in a position to exit there current holdings in the near future is a far cry from what the outlook was only some 6-12 months ago.
