Resolution 9
which related to an amendment to the Constitution to Renew Proportional Takeover Bid Approval Provisions which was a Special Resolution requiring 75% of the votes cast on the day was narrowly defeated with 72.7% of those voting in favour of the resolution on a poll. As a consequence of this the Proportional Takeover Bid Approval Provisions in the Constitution will lapse with immediate effect.
