The 2024 annual report released on 29Aug 2024 shows a total of 76.021m shares: I could not find any ASX announcement notifying any increase in the shares after 29 Aug 2024 to the date of the meeting. The 76.021m shares still fall short of the extra 76.171m shares that voted to re-elect Deborah Neff by 150,000 shares ?? The company need to explain where the 150,000 additional shares voted came from ??
