Yep agree but one's personal dilution is offset by the dividend. Ultimately, the company could use the method I suggested and not compromise cash at bank. The vagaries of the sp should not be of overarching importance (with today's drop being an example). Irrespectively, thank you for the research as it confirmed that which I thought to be the case.
