He gets 1/3 of the 350,000 RCEL options upon annual vesting over the next 3 years. As long as he remains with the company. Excercise strike price of 12.64 (closing price end of business Jan. 03, 2024). Expiration 10 years. He can pay cash or use a cashless process by which he sells enough common shares to pay brokerage costs and any applicable taxes and retains the balance of underlying common shares.
