Apologies Avetis, I don't always read the entire post before shooting my mouth off.
I was was refering to the vote to retain directors and executive officers.
I actually withheld my vote on the prop 9 and 10 for Perry that year. At that point he really did need to earn the options he'd already been granted.
Think I also withheld on Lou Pannacio, COB. Lou pretty much always gets significantly fewer votes than everyone else. I'd be happier if his votes were zero.
