I didn’t vote. However, if i did, I'd have voted, yes. Management, so far, has ticked most boxes, making only a few errors. You want top management to go the extra mile. Wages alone don't get the job done, saying this from experience.
Unfortunately, that is the reality. Maybe in mining, that's not the case, but the human nature of greed dictates IMO over all else.
