Does anyone know the justification for AVH not allowing 'no' votes on several of the votes, as shown by @Heskumdai in this post: https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/79198024/single?
There must be some rational explanation for it, otherwise it would have to be against ASX corporate governance rules?
