    The point that this "desperate fearmongerer", and others, are trying to make is that "Abstain" votes have "no effect" on proposal No. 1. Therefore, the only voting option that has an effect is "For":

    The results are in and the ASX rules are waived so there's no point in dwelling on it. All that really matters now is revenue, expenses, keeping OrbiMed happy and revenue.
