    Guess they must have changed bylaws to lower number of votes (shares voted) to have a quorum. Was 50+%. A little math gets you to just over 42% of shares voted. Just over 11M.
    It's also worth noting that on the agenda items where "NO" votes were allowed, the number of "YES" votes were virtually the same throughout the agenda items. Most of the "NO" votes appear to simply have moved over from the "ABSTAIN" collumn.
    The fairly consistent "YES" votes are 8.5-8.8M votes, likely Blackrock, Vanguard and other major holders of shares in street name. Guessing the "NO" votes were probably retail voters that bothered to vote.
    Not sure how pointing this out is "fear mongering", but so be it. Wouldn't appear to need much help from me on that score. Think the main "fear" out there is at what price they will be able to do a CR. If and when needed.
