Fearmongering!? You mean like trying to scare people about something that's unlikely to happen? Like say an over 60% SP drop in under 6 months?



Or do you mean like trying to scare people about the delusions of management's revenue and profitability targets? As if they are basing their fearmongering commentary on management's history of missing every revenue, profitability and debt covenant target they've ever published?

Jim and his CFO buddy are like deer in headlights. No news is always bad news with AVH. Giving no update on the expected quarterly results means its almost a certainty that debt covenants will be missed again. The only way to stave off the debt collector is to do a capital raise. But this stellar management team will leave it to sub $1.50, instead of accepting reality and doing it north of $2.50.

PS: this newb has been in and out of AVH for well over a decade ...
