This is an absolute disgrace in terms of corporate governance.
0% vote against any resolution.... How do shareholders invoke any change at all? Completely powerless, which I don't believe is right. Interesting that the abstain votes were so high, likely a protest vote, which if had been allowed to be votes against would have led to a first strike against directors, etc... Hmmm... we REALLY need a board and management shake up....if only it could happen. Sigh....
