Dont know why anyone would think it would. Like I said, not going over 7c until a ML issued or worse case 4.5c CR, 7c options expire 24 June. EEA, WMA dont want dilution. also keeps it at a steady, reasonable price for accumulation. Simple as that.
No need to panic, now that all votes have passed ML could be issued anytime so in the time thats left good opportunity to accumulate below 7c as well.
