I was a long time holder of Havilah shares.
I can remember a few years back subscribing for the usual 1:10 issue at around twice the current share price of the stock.
I have held the stock for many years and genuinely believed the directors' announcement earlier this the year when they said that they were going to sell Kalkaroo with the express aim of returning substantial capital to shareholders.
In fact. I deferred many needy household expenses and actually went through the winter without heating, all for the sake of holding on in order to get my return of capital.
Unfortunately I have been betrayed and can hold on no longer.
I'm sure that I picked a good stock in Havilah but my faith in the false promises of our directors has ruined my investment. It is now a case of having to sell in order to secure my place in a retirement home.
I am approaching my mid sixties now and, in hindsight, I'm probably well past my best decision making years.
I wish you well with Havilah for the future.
