I imagine QVT will want to see a return on its investment. And given that some (all?) of the notes are being converted at 18c then I guess that gives a picture of where they see it going.
Nothing was said about them pulling strings although a concern was raised about them being a hedge fund and shorting the stock but that got roughly the same reply to what I've said in the first paragraph above.
Assuming the SP stays the same as it is when the loans are converted to shares, the market cap of TZ will be significantly higher than what it is today, putting in on the radar of investment institutions
