As I thought remuneration and reelection was successful and IMO the major shareholders who hold the majority of the shares were pro to this.As small shareholders we may be against it but we don't have enough shares to disagree.

It's the same fairy story that all will be fantastic one day and the share price remains slumped and without dividends,loss of opportunity cost and no capital growth they want me to believe this

I wasn't at the agm but their appears no time line when Demerger will take place

IMO I am very disappointed
