Well the result is that the Board got everything they wanted.
All resolutions were voted with a large majority "for" and very few "against"
Let's now get on with it and come up with a massive resource in Portugal!
Even though the share price has been suffering recently from over hanging supply, there are not that many shares on issue for a junior mining stock and when sentiment turns on good news ahead the share price should benefit.
