The results of the AGM speak for themselves. Remuneration and share issue resolutions blocked. Quite high "against" counts on a number of others. The management of COB have overseen the collapse of the share price and failed to arrange an extension of the BFS deadline, losing shareholders 30% of the project. If you read BPL's tweets you will see there is a question mark over the viability of the proprietary technology that management has been crowing about. In simple terms, if the JV needs different management and expertise why do we need an overpriced board at COB? I'm not satisfied with the current management.
The project has hope, I think the share price is cheap, but a win - win resolution with BPL is needed asap. We're delaying the BFS even further. Personally I would be in favour of buying BPL out with COB shares at a reasonable price.
