I too noticed that the motions didn't pass. I wonder if the Hill family had something to do with that? I agree we need a mutually beneficial outcome. I'm not sure what form that will take but I don't think trying to force your partner into paying for a drill they can't afford is not the way to start. COB chose to break away from the earn in to save some cash, fair enough now both sides need to sit down and sort out something that works for us both. Remember both parties agreed to modify the drill as required...
