    Im not sure the earn in was a contract more of an arrangement, all previous earn -in media releases stated "COB can earn an interest up to 100% of the Thackaringa Cobalt Project"

    Up to 100% interest, which COB have earnt 70% and BPL 30%.
    Now BPL rightly so share 30% of the work and costs.

    Im assume you understand why Joint Ventures are created and how they work...
