he was just passing on some impressions he took away from the AGM.
why is it that some posters on the YOW forum claim to be shareholders, but do nothing but complain - ie WHY remain a shareholder when you hate the stock? Why not just take your loss and move on???
I could add some info from the AGM, but why bother?

If you have real questions, then go to the AGM and seek the answers from the board and mgt.
That is the way to determine if what you are being told, is legit.
