I think it is very interesting that the additional placement capacity was voted down .... seems to make it clear that when additional capital is required it will come from existing shareholders. You would only vote this down if you wanted to be sure you were not diluted at a capital raise. Thorney Underwritten rights issue would be my bet when they pull the trigger.
