Who in their right mind would want to take control of a listed entity and allow it to die, again? It is obvious that the new controlling SH would want to multiply their wealth by ensuring SP will appreciate. By extension my investment in the company will too! Am I still dudded then?
Remember, at the time of the AGM two years ago the company is already broke. I have been dudded a long time ago before this restructuring took place. It can only have a good outcome henceforth.
