Rem report is usually in annual report
It's a shot across the bow from shareholders. if it happens again next yr then a spill motion can also get voted on.
It's actually unusual to see a first strike voted on by a mostly retail register but it's a good sign there's an active smart shareholder base who have cottoned onto to some of the shenanigans here
