    I dont recall a discussion on how long a sale process may take.

    The continued development (ie beyond current plan) was explained almost like it is just a fact of life in the industry (Moores law etc), the cost is relatively small (Imec approx USD1m per year) & it could be repurposed to provide data for an acquirer to achieve a sale.

    My own interpretation of Wilbert (words, body language etc) is that he is looking to achieve a sale as soon as possible vs dragging it out.
