Suggest both should take a pay cut and both should increase the amount of performance related KPIs associated with their packages.
Performance related only 28% of total package.
Joe gave himself a c.20% total package increase from 2021. It's good to see our management have solid inflation hedges in place.
We'll need another capital raise to keep their total rem in place.
