    @Sin nikel The remuneration vote is not binding on the board. They’ll go ahead and reward themselves regardless, knowing that by the time of the next AGM they will probably have satiated us by giving us our scraps and sailed off to the next company to wreck. Still, a strike is a strike and does not look good. But really, the whole of FFX doesn’t look good on any of their track records - former directors who escaped within weeks of the meltdown included.

    @intelseb I think you mean the second resolution passing (Gordon re-election). It is interesting that a chunk of those voting who did not believe the board should be putting its hand out for more rewards were still somehow supportive of reappointing Gordon. As I think Gareth alluded to elsewhere, perhaps that chunk of holders thought he should be required to complete the job of fixing the mess he has helped to create. Personally I think he should’ve been sacked yesterday.
