Companies can't just let people look at their secret recipe without signing an NDA,
It is good for shareholders to protect the product and their IP....
It is also good for shareholders,
Showing their are already interested parties before Phase II Clinical Trial Results are released,
And potential Partnership, Licensing,
Takeover etc. deals in discussion....
