Hey mate,

Some quick corrections to what you stated regarding BIT225-010, in fact there are 3 different drugs were used in active subjects:

1. 1 x dolutegravir (DTG) 50mg - Brand name Tivicay, belongs to ViiV Healthcare, owned by GSK
2. 1 x TDF 300mg / FTC 200mg - Brand name Truvada, belongs to Gilead
3. 1 x BIT225 200mg

It is very interesting that so far all of the BIT225 studies have been designed to work in conjunction with nucleoside / nucleotide agents (nucleoside RT inhibitors). Below is a list of existing drugs from the Stanford University HIV drug resistance database

Note brands in blue belong to GSK, in yellow are Gilead's. The remaining drugs are as follow:

• Zerit - Bistol-Myers Squibb (BMS)

Also note that the study description of BIT225-011 in ANZCTR again mentions the drug class highlighted above:

And of course the cART (Atripla) used in BIT225-009 back in 2018 belongs to Gilead.

There seems to be an obvious trend here, if there truly are NDAs in place as suggested from the AGM, guess who they're with?
