    NDAs were confirmed NDAs are very normal. BRN has NDAS with everyone of it's peoples it's in discussions with... The ceo openly says it at BRN at the investor conferences but never puts anything out in writing to investors. so we needed to ask and I did and the answer is there are more then one NDA in place I assume with GSK and Gilead I imagine
