Very disappointing result. We are well and truly stuck with the board and management now!!! Company lifestyle sadly continues imo......
SVG has only 200 Mil shares
Only 50% of SOI bothered to vote, as I suspected would happen, we needed more voters to implement changes and do a board spill...What a huge, missed opportunity imo and 50% of SH's only have themselves to blame.
The REM report should have easily been voted against; I am so P off. Only got 7.8 Mil votes, less than 4% SOI, pathetic! This was easy to vote down as board cannot vote for this resolution, so many in the T20 are obviously mates with the company going off todays REM vote....
This is a terrible figure.... 36 Mil votes for Rem report which is 18% SOI, add with Board 30%, Collin St 7.4% = 111 Mil shares, 56% of total SOI... Given these close supporters of the board, we have absolutely no chance to spill, so I will not be continuing.... Lots to think about as minority SH's guys....
T20 - has 47% (94.5 Mil shares) which obviously made up the majority of these votes today. Collin St - holds 15 Mil shares, 7.48% (not sure if voted or not)
Board hold 56-60 Mil, 28-30%
SB - has 42.5 Mil shares, 21.2%
Board - RA, MB, PW hold 13.2 Mil, 6.6%
CEO, Senior Management - ???
