I'm still a firm believer that it's going to be a case of when Maggy and BH go ahead and not if and I sympathise with everyone else's frustration. It's been a long wait and it's not over yet. FERC may yet extract their finger by year's end and give us NTP and hopefully Non FTA soon thereafter so we may see a bit of an upswing then but I reckon it's just a matter of us long termers having to sit pat till BTAs are signed with a bit of luck during the course of next year and we all have our expectations of what happens then. Who knows, is it possible BH will cross the line first?
