Not sure whether you are just a financial person / investor or have actual business knowledge.

The directors are running a substantial business. Their assets are not readily seen. The gold is in the ground quite obviously.

They are dealing with a commodity which is volatile and subject to many economic forces. Given they are in the industry I am of the opinion that they would be aware of what factors may be on the horizon. I doubt very much that they would be using a trading chart for predict gold prices. I suspect that they would have their own information sources. DYOR
