No real pick up in usage, no massive cuts in supply, is my tip, that is all smoke and mirrors IMO, simply the passage of time and sentiment. But you may want more than I can give, I suggest you Goggle this "copper to be in deficit 2017", lots of comfort from Freeport to Bloomburgs, then you can Goggle again using the term "copper to be in surplus 2017" again much support from other big houses.
