He has a couple of excellent tech software guys that are very strong with their due diligence and very good at screening all the deals passing his desk. MW only takes a fee of $5000+GST per month and the Chairman does not get paid. The lowest remuneration package of a board I think I've ever heard.

Overall very impressed although he is restricted with what he could say today.

The impression I get is that a substantial deal is close.
