p.s. i know you were championing gdo (and I think it was one of your original posts in the "competition for top tips for 2011 sp increase" threads last Dec that initially convinced me to buy). I notice the 55c takeover deal became unconditional this week. I bought significant parcels in the 30s and low 40s and finally sold all on market at 51c as I was concerned the takeover deal may fall through. Thanks for the gdo tip and good luck with avb ...
