Certainly does make sense PP. I was trying to interpret the comments in the announcement which said the Vale cash was key to progressing....and I thought to myself, surely they won't wait the two years for that to happen....
but as you say, thats it - negotiating a sale as we speak hopefully.
The Vale (sic) has been lifted ;)
