At least this will draw a line under the board appointments for another year.
As far as the current SP goes the market has no confidence in the future of this company's assets (or perhaps the current crop of management to make any progress ??).
The market cap today reflects only the value of the producing asset of Galoc, and perhaps even then at a discount.
This situation will be on the radar screens of other more successfully managed companies in this sector ... watch this space for a near-term resolution
