The company and the auditors fullfilled their legal obligation by declaring the loan in the financial report. If the loan didn't exist then their would be serious consequences.

The company are not obliged to announce the loan when they sign it. So stop making KAB look bad without researching the situation first.

Do the maths. You know how much KAB lost. You know how much they raised. Ofcourse they're living on loans.

This is exactly like the drilling. You argued no drilling has taken place because their was no announcement.
