It would seem a possible logical conclusion Chubbito, but if the share price stays low and Exxaro lobs a low ball bid, management can reject being comfortable in the knowledge we can make it to production ourselves, and realise value that way. The company won't be 'forced' into a T/O because there are no other options available, ala SDL. IMO a T/O will only be accepted if the price is right.
